Who is going to deliver my stuff?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally, but we hope to in the future! If you want our discs now, and you are outside of the United States, please ask your favorite in person or online retailer to reach out to us, and hopefully we can get our discs into the hands of people who can get them to you!

After my order, how long will it take to ship my stuff?

We will try our very best to get your orders shipped the same day and no longer than 48 hours after purchase, but we do certainly appreciate your patience.

How long will it take to ship to me?

Of course this is dependent on the mail system, but we are currently located in Southern California, so if you live nearby, maybe 1-2 days, if you live far, 3-5 days. If you are worried about getting it sooner, please feel free to email us at elevationdiscgolf@gmail.com and we can try to work something out.

I put the wrong address when I ordered, now what?

Please email us ASAP at elevationdiscgolf@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to get it corrected and shipped to the right place.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We try our best to present our products with integrity so you know what you are getting when you make a purchase. We also try our best to ensure that all our products are in mint condition when you receive them. However, we understand if you feel dissatisfied with the product and we understand that accidents can happen. So, within 30 days of purchase, if you have any issues with our products, they arrive damaged, etc. keep your packaging materials and e-receipt, and please send us an email at elevationdiscgolf@gmail.com. We will do everything we can to make it right. We do accept returns and do offer exchanges depending on the situation.
